Appointments are booked by the hour. Payment is required at the end of each appointment and can be made via: cash, cheque, credit, debit, or direct billing.

Most health insurance plans cover fees up to a maximum amount per year. A physician's referral may be required to be eligible for coverage.

Patients must provide 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment or they will be charged for the appointment.
